Refund Policy

Our refund policy discusses the scenarios in which you would be granted a refund on your spectacles or sunglasses.


Our Returns Policy:

You have a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee on all non prescription products this includes frame only sales and sunglasses. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must also email info@spexinthecity.com for refund request and authorisation.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back before you have received an authorisation email.

How to make a return:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Spex In The City, 1 Shorts Gardens, London, WC2H 9AT, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

For international refunds.  We will deduct any customs and duties we have to pay when receiving the item back.

Delivery costs and any costs incurred from the card company are non refundable (this usually applies to paypal payments)  most other card companies refund the fees.

Refund refused:

Due to the nature of the products sold all shipping will be delivered  special delivery and a tracking number will be provided after dispatch. Please allow unto 7-14 working days for delivery.

All international orders will be dispatched via intentional signed and tracked delivery. Once product dispatched we will send you tracking number. Please note you will be responsible for any customs and excise you may be charged by the relevant country. Please allow upto 14-21 working days.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, within 14 days. This does not effect your statutory rights. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@spexinthecity.com and send your item to:
